No Returns or Exchanges

• Please note that all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or solution at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

Customer Responsibility

• House of BEX is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
